Maybe you have a budget – maybe you don’t.
Maybe you have a strategic plan – maybe it’s all in your head.

Maybe as a Business Owner you’re clear on your goals (you, the human), AND how your business will support them – maybe you’re just surviving the day-to-day and hoping for the best.

Maybe as a Executive you’re clear on your role targets and how they fit with the business overall – maybe you just keep your head down and hope you’re adding value.

Maybe you’d love to get financial clarity – be confident in business cashflow, so you can silence that niggling worry, and make operational and investment decisions with confidence.

Maybe you’d love to have clear, achievable, articulated targets for yourself and your business, that you can share with your team, to make sure you’re all aligned and pulling in the same direction.

Maybe it’s a dream to have a clear budget that you know means you can deliver on all your business goals.

Maybe it feels overwhelming.
You don’t have time.
You’re surviving – it can wait.
It’s almost the start of the new financial year – you’ll look at it next, and hope for the best in the meantime.
You have a rough budget, a rough plan.
Formalising it is for big business, who am I to think I need these things; or, you are a ‘big business’ and haven’t needed it yet (and may not realise that’s just been lucky).

Well: Today is the day.
Hope is important – but not an actionable strategy.
Setting a budget and strategy is not as hard as it may seem.

Andrew Beattie brings 20+ years of experience in both Accounting and Banking, and across a myriad of industries, to assisting clients do exactly this.
If you know Andrew, you know he cuts through ALL of the fluff and rubbish.
He refuses to over-complicating anything, and will challenge you to do the same.

He will talk about the importance of having someone to help you draw out anything that hasn’t been said; articulate your truth; hear the truth of those around you and in your business; share your plans and even your dreams – and get a plan in place to make it all ACTUALLY happen.

Get clear on what needs to happen, what you want to happen, and how your cashflow will support it.

Our session will:

  • Take you through the fundamentals of a good strategic plan and a solid three-way budget
  • Provide a checklist of the minimum considerations for both, to either provide you comfort that you’re on top of it, or identify gaps
  • Provide templates for:
    • creating a strategic action list, and
    • understanding the list of financial variables you’ll put on paper to form the basis of a three-way budget

We’ll give you these checklists and templates electronically after the session, as well as printed on the day so you can start sketching them out as Andrew speaks, in the session.

And then you can take it back to the office and DIY-it; or we’ll take you through the process to engage with our team to build them with and for you.

All we ask is that you do NOT put in on a to-do list.

Get clear on who will do what and when, to get these two business-critical items into play.
